Enrollee helps you find Australian visa-sponsor employers on job boards and tailor resumes for those roles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Who we are
Enrollee is operated by the Enrollee team. For privacy questions, email hello@enrollee.com.au.

What we collect
- Account data — email address (and name if provided by Google sign-in).
- Subscription data — entitlement status, trial dates, and Stripe identifiers when payments are enabled. Card details are handled by Stripe.
- Resume content — when you use Tailor, resume text and the job description are sent to our backend for that request. Your base resume is stored locally in your browser by default.

How we use data
- Authenticate you and provide access (trial or paid).
- Deliver sponsor lists for your selected industry.
- Generate tailored resume content via AI providers we configure.
- Process subscriptions via Stripe when payments are on.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run Enrollee (hosting, auth, payments, AI), or when required by law.
